It’s made of high-quality Type 304 stainless steel with an aluminum inner core for consistent, reliable radiant heat distribution. Each electric food warmer is self-contained with an adjustable thermostat to control temperatures up to 200˚F (93˚C). Its low-wattage design only requires 200 to 800 Watts per shelf to operate and lowers energy consumption.
