Michigan Legal Research, Second Edition, focuses on the process of researching Michigan law and on how to research effectively and efficiently in the context of solving legal problems. In addition to a comprehensive discussion of the research process, Lysaght and Lockwood cover enacted law; judicial law; secondary sources; case-finding tools; and legal citation. In covering these sources, particular attention is devoted to integrating free online sources with print sources into an overall research strategy.
