This is a performance MK8 All Metal Hotend Upgrade. It includes a coated nozzle and coated thermal barrier tube. They are plated with a very low friction plating called TwinClad XT. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed to be very hard, corrosion resistant, and have good release properties against plastic. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit. The hardness makes this coating abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle. Low friction will also prevent clogs in thermal barrier tube, a critical zone where plastic liquidizes. Dimension: *M6x1 Threads *Tubes: 26mm long *Nozzles: 13mm long
