How does it work?
The micro punctures in the skin from the tiny needles help trigger protein and collagen production, which in turn, heals the skin to a better state than it was before microneedling.
And then what?
After you've derma rolled your face, the deeper layers of your skin is more susceptible to the benefits of your skincare products, i.e., your favorite moisturizer and serums absorb better!
We do not recommend applying any chemical exfoliants right after microneedling treatment as your skin is particularly sensitive right after.
Be sure to sanitize the needles prior to use, as well as wash your face so that it is free from dirt and makeup. We don't want all that dirt and makeup to get pushed into your skin!
