- The Microplane Gourmet Series Ultra Coarse Cheese Grater is the best cooking utensil for making hash browns and coleslaws. The extra-wide blade with large teeth make quick work of grating potatoes and shredding cabbage.
- The Ultra Coarse blade is 4" wide, much larger than standard paddle Cheese Graters. Which makes it the kitchen tool for recipes that need a larger amount of a grated ingredient. Shred large widths of hard and soft cheese, and use for softening butter.
- The Microplane Gourmet Series Ultra Coarse Grater features a comfortable and ergonomic soft-touch handle with loop for optional hanging, a non-slip base for added stability, and a reusable cover for safe storage
- Top-rack dishwasher safe. Handwash the cover. We recommend rinsing your Cheese Grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first, soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same, direction as the teeth.
