Contraindicated in case of individual intolerance to milk protein. Mass fraction: total cocoa solids - not less than 32.0%; dry nonfat cocoa residue - not less than 5.9%; skimmed milk residues - at least 15.2%; milk fat - not less than 5.4%. Minor amounts of almond and hazelnut are possible.
