Description
- FRESH - fresh Indian blue corn is ground to make the flour for our hush puppy mix - giving our hush puppies a distinct bluish hue
- HEALTHY - our hush puppy mix is healthy using all natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives.
- SIMPLE - we want our hush puppy mix to be as easy to make as possible. In a medium bowl, mix entire contents of package and 1 cup boiling water. Stir until just blended. Let cool 2 minutes. Form into balls or drop by the spoonful into hot oil (375 degrees). Fry 1-2 minutes or until golden. Makes 15 hushpuppies.
