this is a wonderful book/workbook for people who are chronically anxious and/or depressed. It gives "tools" for living in the moment, not the past or not the future. Besides having very beneficial ideas to help you live with anxiety/depression, the book has activities on which to work. Some of the activities are brief. Some take a week to complete. If you or a loved one has tried meds and counseling to help these conditions, and those things haven't worked, please ask them to try this book. I found it beneficial.
One of my flaws as my friends tell me is that I am too emotional and can't separate what is happening on my family, my job and to my friends. Like if I am bad mood in my family, I get that mood when I will be with my friends, and so on and so forth. I looked for a book that could help me because I am getting worried about it. The book has just a lot of helpful tips which I find useful. Thank you for this.
This book really sheds light on the different types of mood swings, and can help you differentiate between them. It also helps with why mood swings might be more common or intense in people with certain conditions. The information is laid out very well and easy to digest​. I recommend this book to anyone dealing with or has someone in their life with mood swing issue
