Even though most would consider this a borderline "minimal" shoe, the traditional Montrail technologies are there to provide cushion, support, protection and traction making the trail experience a most pleasant one. A FluidFoam midsole provides exceptional cushioning with increased flexibility through deep and numerous flex grooves. The open mesh upper with seamless construction includes medial overlays for support and protection while the Gryptonite heel and classic 3 point lug shapes underfoot highlight multi-directional traction.
