- Ease of Adjustment: The headstock of the dividing head for milling machine can tilt from 10° below horizontal to 90° vertical so that you can handle the stuff of different sizes by changing its angle.
- With High Precision: The universal dividing head comes with a direct indexing plate and an interchangeable one which is on the head, and two replacement interchangeable ones with different numbers of holes on them. It's the dividing plates that set the precise distance between cuttings.
- Strong Work-piece Support: The coming package also includes a tailstock which will give strong support to the long metal stick you are gonna deal with, providing a more stable working condition.
- Wide Application: The rotary indexer is used on the tables of milling machines and other machine tools including drill presses, grinders, and boring machines.

Introduction :
This is our semi-universal dividing head,one of machine tool accessories for dividing workpieces into equal partitions. By using dividing scale ring, vernier, locating pin, index plate and change gear, workpieces placed can be divided into equal partitions according to your demand. It can be used for direct and indirect dividing. Able to complete gear, face and flute processing without need of accessories, however its whole construction is the same with the universal type.
