An enthusiastic female yogi decides to try a coed nude yoga class, despite her conservative mid-western background; a liberal minded daughter discovers the freedom of nudity and begins trying to convert her younger brother and mother while coping with an alcoholic father: a man, after losing his wife, runs into a woman he knew in high school twenty years earlier, only to surprise her by telling her he is a nudist.
