Washing Instructions

We hear a lot about how folks go for days-on-end without washing their MK's. We take that as a compliment. Mountain Khakis pants and shorts are made with the finest, toughest fabrics - then treated for out-of-the-bag, ultimate next-to-skin comfort. That makes for a pair of pants/shorts that love to play and get covered in nature’s elements, but are naturally-resistant to them.

MK’s prefer to be ‘washed’ when casting upstream or floating the river. But if they must be washed in the traditional sense, here are some tips:

Wash with warm water

Tumbled-dry on Low (DO NOT overload your dryer. Allow for the pants/shorts to "float" around in the dryer. Add a tennis ball - it helps move clothes around, helping to remove wrinkles)

Promptly removed from the dryer while still a little damp and lay pants/shorts flat to dry and to avoid wrinkling
