1. How can I hear myself through the mic?
※ On Windows: Control Panel -> Sound -> Recording -> Microphone MPOW MPPA071AB -> Listen -> Listen to this device -> Playback through this device -> Speakers (MPOW MPPA071AB)
※ On Mac: Temporarily not supported
2. When the microphone of the headset cannot be used. Few ways for troubleshooting:
※ You need to disable the computer's onboard mic by accessing your sound devices in the hardware section of the control panel. And choose the mic of the headset (MPOW MPPA071AB)
※ Check whether the "mic mute" of the online control is open or not. When the "mic mute" is open, the light will turn to red.
※ Please don't connect the headset to an extension adapter, or it will weaken the signal sent from devices. The cable length of the headset is 7.9ft (2.4m), long enough for daily use.
3. How can I get better conversation sound effect through the headset?
※ Please point the flexible microphone to your mouth within 2cm to achieve best conversation effect.
4. The USB headset will no longer work if the PC is on standby or sleep mode.
5. Short press the volume buttons for gradual volume adjustments and long press for successive adjustments.
