Description
- SAFE CANNING: The USDA recommends the addition of citric acid to each jar of canned tomatoes to balance the high levels of pH. This product raises the acidity and lowers the pH.
- EASY MEASUREMENT: Add 1/4 teaspoon per pint of 1/2 teaspoon per quart of tomatoes to achieve the desired acidity level.
- INGREDIENTS: This citric acid contains no artifical flavors or colors. It is a reliable choice for maintaining the quality of your canned tomatoes.
