2. Please hold the body of the 3.5mm plug instead of the wires when you unplug the earphones form cell phones or other devices.
3. Please clean the earphones monthly, you can scrub wires/ 3.5mm plug/ dust-proof mesh (need remove the rubber tips from ear buds) with alcohol and dry cloth pieces.
4.Don't turn on 100% volume at the beginning of use, that will damage the quality of the earphones, we suggest you adjust to normal volume (About 70%) in first 2 days.
