Mykalâ€™s adventure in Towbarâ€™s world continues with another dangerous and deadly adventure to the other side of Towbarâ€™s world. Mykal is on a mission to rescue the Princess Doninka who had been captured by the forces of Zizmon-Tarl during the battle to take over the land of Labins. Zizmon-Tarl sent his special mix of forces; dragons, Goblins and other creature to assist the Sosos in their long time quest to conquer Towbarâ€™s land. To help Towbarâ€™s people the President of the United States sent Towbar One, a mix of special elite forces from around the world that include US Marines, US Army Green Berets, Army Rangers, US Navy SEALs, United Kingdom Royal Marines, SAS, Korean Special Forces, French Foreign Legion, Canadian Special Service Forces, Australian SAS, Special Units from the Soviet Union and others. The special blend of elite forces make up Towbar One sent on a mission to rescue Towbarâ€™s people; Operation Towbarâ€™s Sword.

When Mykal had returned to the real world to acquire more forces; men, weapons, ammunition and supplies, dragons flew into the Pass in search of the Princess Doninka. The goal was to ransom Doninka, to swap her for her father King Loankore III. If successful and King Loankore steps down from the throne his son, the evil Locod would assume the position of King. Locod had been rumored to be in league with the Sosos and Zizmon-Tarl, thus the last of the free world would fall.

Mykal needs to rescue the Princess Doninka within 32 days to prevent the swap to occur. All involved believe if the swap occurs the Sosos will take the opportunity to kill both Doninka and her father the King, which would in turn put the kingdom in Locodâ€™s hands for sure. Mykal and Towbar with a force made up of US Marines, US Army Green Berets, Army Rangers and other soldiers along with Elves, Dwarves, a magician and some of the warriors from Towbarâ€™s world. Mykalâ€™s force of 76 will traverse the dangerous lands on the other side of the world for a second time in search of Zizmon-Tarlâ€™s castle in the hopes of finding and rescuing the Princess Doninka before the deadline.

Most of the survivors from the original Lost Patrol who had been lost on the other side of that world just a month prior have elected to help. The strange creatures and evil forces they had to encounter the first time prepare them for the possibility of the dangers they could face. While they journey through the strange lands on the other side of the world Mykal realizes he is tormented by the magic ring he found the first time he was on this side of the world. The ring enables him to turn invisible, but his emotions are pulled in many different directions. From super sensitive heart wrenching feelings that he calls his â€˜sissy emotionsâ€™ to his hostile explosive rage that is capable of unleashing violent fury on any whom cross him that he calls his â€˜bully emotionsâ€™. He knows he canâ€™t part with the mighty powerful magic weapon due to those would try to kill him back in the real world. The rescue of Doninka is of first importance, ending his mental battles due to the magic he possesses will have to be put on hold until the mission to rescue Doninka is over. That is if his mental state will last that long.

Book 4 is not a stand-alone book. Books 2 and 3 should definitely be read before reading Book 4, and to get the full story, the first Book in the Towbarâ€™s World Series should be read first; 37 Days In A Strange World. Like the previous 3 books, Book 4 is filled with lots of action, twists and turns, shocking surprises and Dave Hazelâ€™s unique sense of humor.
