Usage methodï¼š

1.Before measuring: turning the dial to align the driving pointer with the first dial line of the dial. Peel about 1 cm square fruit skin
2.When measuring, hold the Hardness meter with hand, make the hardness meter perpendicular to the surface of the tested fruit. Press the head evenly into the fruit, at this time the driving pointer begins to drive the pointer rotation, When the pressing head is pressed to the scale (10 millimeters), the readings indicating the pointer are the hardness of the fruit. take three times average value.
3.After measuring: rotating the zero knob to reset the pointer to the initial calibration line
