NMAT (National Medical Admission Test) is an examination required to enter a medical school in the Philippines. This was developed by the Board of Medical Education to screen the qualification of those who wish to pursue a medical career. The exam is given by the Center for Educational Measurement (CEM) which is considered as a testing center designed to measure the academic competence of a student.
The MSA NMAT Practice Test I in Biology is a two-part booklet. Part I of the booklet consists of 50 multiple choice items developed from the major areas of Biology like General Biology, Plant Morphology, Animal Morphology, Cell Biology, Developmental Biuology, Genetics, Taxonomy, and Ecology. All questions will quantify the cognitive ability and capacity of those who aim to be a medical doctor.
Part II contains the answer per item and a corresponding comprehensive explanation. Another feature of the MSA NMAT Practice Test in Biology is an additional lecture enclosed in a Key Concept box. This will provide an accessory tool for those who want to be proficient in the actual exam.
There is no passing score in the NMAT; still schools have their own score requirement. However, preparation for the exam is important and the use of suitable reviewer will serve as a beneficial source.
