NMC Inspection Record Tag with Ties, 25-Pack, Double-Sided, 3" x 6" Unrippable Vinyl, Made In The USA, RPT170

The NMC RPT170 accident prevention tag is made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, and the front reads, "Safety Inspection" followed by two blank lined areas labeled "Equipment ID" and "Location" and a blank grid for writing inspection data. The blank grid has four columns with headers that read "Date," "By," "Date," and "By," and continues on the back of the tag. This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. This tag can be used to display the last inspection date and the inspection history for equipment in a specific location. The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
