2 - Does this camera can connect to combine this with another camera by a third party iPhone app?
You can only watch one camera at a time but can have multiple registered to one account which can easily be viewed by clicking on it in the app.
3 - Is this rechargeable? Or does the USB need to be plugged in at all times?
The USB cord has to be plugged in to electrical outlet at all times.It's not a huge inconvenience if your using this for a security monitor, a way to supervise at risk adult who is a fall risk.
