NatraCure Hot/Cold & Air Compression Knee Gel Pack Replacement - 6022 GP - 1 Unit

• HOT OR COLD THERAPY: Either heat in microwave or chill in freezer or refrigerator, depending on the stage of your recovery.
• COLD THERAPY: Place in the freezer for 1 hour or refrigerator for 2-3 hours before use. Note: We suggest storing the gel pack in a plastic bag while in the freezer for better hygiene.
• HOT THERAPY: Before heating, gel pack must be at room temperature. Place in the Microwave (Based on 1300 WATT) w/ black hook (rough) side down on a paper towel. Heat for 15 seconds then flip over and heat for another 15 seconds. After heating wait 1 minute before applying to the shoulder.
• Use Caution as the gel pack may be hot. The product should feel WARM to the touch, NOT HOT. If the product is not warm enough heat in 10 sec. intervals while flipping the product. HOT THERAPY: Before heating, gel pack must be at room temperature. Place in the microwave (Based on 1300 WATT) w/ black hook (rough) side down on a paper towel. Heat for 15 sec. then flip over and heat for 15 sec. After heating wait 1 minute before applying. Some microwaves heat unevenly, be cautious of "HOT SPOTS".
