Once you take these glowing red cubes off the burner and place them on top of your bowl, the party begins! They don't produce a large about ash and they retain their shape throughout the session. Lighting a cube shape piece of charcoal with a single flame lighter will take up the majority of your day, instead they should be place on a single coil hookah charcoal burner. Cube coals will take a little bit longer to light than your average flat charcoal but give them 8-12 minutes depending on your burner, and you're ready for a smoke session. Using 3 pieces of the cube coals will provide you with 24 sessions, or you can use 2 with a wind cover for 36 sessions.
