This $9 pocket guide is unique from the other $40-50 booklets in the market as it is designed to only include practical details for neurological emergencies. My intention on authoring this booklet was to have a concise source of information needed to handle any urgent situation, fits in a shirt pocket, did not add to my 25 pound white coat and cost as much as a fast food combo meal.

Topics address general neurology, stroke and neuro ICU emergencies. Neurosurgical emergencies are not addressed in this pocket guide. It is best for medical students, ER, IM, FM and neurology residents.

Through popular requests by medical students and junior residents, I've included a section on neuro-radiology. It includes angiographic vessel segments, common stroke territories, commonly pimped and dreaded brainstem syndromes and a table explaining 11 most commonly used MRI sequences.
