As a long time resident of NM I was delighted with this cookbook. It has recipes I had been searching for years. The recipes in this cookbook are authentic New Mecican. I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who wants to try the flavors of New Mexico.
I love this cookbook. Everything from appetizers ,entrees you name it if it's New Mexican food you want this book's for you. The recepies are simple to follow and concise.I gaurantee you'll love it.
Good recipes, but limited quantity of the foods that I would like to know more about. His Refries chapter was definitely worth the price of the book.
