New Planet Earth for All: Updated in 2021 with New Chapters 6 & 7 Climate Change &Clean Electric Economy

Planet Earth for All is a book I developed for the core curriculum course I have taught for 30 years at Columbia University. It is for Columbia College Juniors and Seniors who have not yet fulfilled their science requirements -- an easy to understand 5 chapters on the physics and chemistry of the Earth that is suitable for non science undergraduates. Yet it teaches the physics, chemistry, and biology fundamentals of how the solar system was formed, how Plate Tectonics works, how oceans and climate have changed over time, how the sea floor and continents interact, deform and subduct, and particularly, how earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes, and other geological disasters happen so students can teach their families how to survive and prosper on Planet Earth.
