NexStride - Portable Audio & Visual Mobility Aid for Parkinson’s, Stroke, Walking Improvement | Laser Light & Sound Cueing Signals | Accessory to Attach to Any Cane, Walker, Walking Pole
NexStride is a portable device that puts on-demand visual and auditory signals at your fingertips, to help you overcome walking difficulties resulting from Parkinson’s, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, brain injury, or age-related frailty
The auditory signal is a metronome that activates the brain to move the body in time with the beat, enabling you to keep a consistent walking speed, navigate turns and adjust for varied terrain.
The visual signal is a green laser line projected on the ground in front of the feet, that triggers the goal oriented part of the brain, enabling you to step over the line and take longer, healthier steps
Easy to set up, NexStride attaches to your preferred walking aid (rollator, walker, cane or walking poles) and allows you to use the signals on demand to overcome movement challenges, including avoiding Parkinson’s freezing of gait, and breaking a freeze.
No online registration, phone app, or bluetooth required. Rechargeable battery gives 6-8 hours continuous use.
