The Nitrous Express NHRA safety blow-off cap fits all NX chrome and DF5 Valves with female threads replaces the existing safety blow off fitting and allows you to attach a blow down tube to the safety blow off fitting since the NHRA rules require the safety blow off to be routed outside the vehicle. If your nitrous system creates too much pressure, one of these caps will allow it to bleed off through the vent tube, which exits outside the vehicle. The safety valve disk not included. For chrome valves the new disk is to be used. When used with a black lightning 45 valve the existing disk in the valve is reused. This cap is the ideal compliment to any Nitrous Express nitrous system. NX safety valves put safety first. Blow off valve works till 3000 Pascal's per square inch.
