How to use:
Inflating steps:
1. Tighten the blow- off valve/mouth.
2. Open the air pump nozzle, cover the hole with your hand or feet to pump up the pad for 2-3 minutes.
Deflating step:
1. Open the blow- off valve/mouth.
2. Vent gas by the way of pressure or roll.
3. Fold the sleeping pad after the gas is out.
4. roll up and put into the carrying bag.
