- OTC Cylinder Sleeve Removal Plates are designed to work in conjunction with OTC manual (no. 1200) and hydraulic (1202 and 1203) cylinder sleeve puller sets
- For use when pulling sleeves on truck, bus, and tractor engines, as well as those in other vehicles; can be used on wet or dry sleeves; no need to remove head studs
- Cast and machined heavy duty steel for durability under repeated use
- Plate measures 5.593 O.D, 5.093 I.D. (+.010 -.000)
- For 5-1/8 inch bore Caterpillar engines - D330C; D333C; D334, D326, D337 and John Deere 6-619 engines
The OTC 1246 is designed to work with set numbers 1200, 1202, and 1203. This removal plate will fit the full spectrum of cylinder sleeve sizes. Bore size: 5-1/8â€, (A) I.D. +.010 -.000: 5.093, and (B) I.D. +.010 -.000: 5.593.
