This is a hydraulic tool used to remove and install rear suspension bushings on "Freightliner FAS II Airliner and Neway AD Series Truck and Tractor Rear Suspensions". It includes adapters for both removing the old bushing and installing the new bushing. The spring assembly does not have to be removed from the truck. The hydraulic ram produces 15 tons of force to remove and install the bushing. The "Rear Suspension Bushing Tool" will save an average of 45 minutes per bushing in repair time when removing and installing the bushings on "Freightliner FAS II Airliner and Neway AD Series Truck and Tractor Rear Suspensions". This process is normally billed at a flat rate of 1.5 hours per bushing (or 6.0 hours for all 4 bushings on a tractor) using traditional "heat and beat' methods".
