OTC 5029 Heavy-Duty Truck Clutch Alignment Tool - 10-Spline, 2" OD, 1-1/4" Pilot
- OTC's 10-Spline Truck Clutch Alignment Tool is designed for use when installing heavy-duty single, two-plate, push/pull, manual, and self-adjusting clutches
- Tool is constructed of lightweight fiberglass-reinforced nylon that won't hang up in clutch disc splines
- Rugged construction will easily support the weight of heavy clutch discs
- To use, loosely install clutch disc and pressure plate on flywheel then insert alignment tool through the clutch into the bearing, center disc, then tighten pressure plate to spec
- 2 inch O.D. shaft, 1-1/4 inch pilot, 10 splines, splines are 7.3 inches long; similar to Ford 308-D011 (D93T-7550-B)
OTC 2 inch OD Truck Clutch Aligning Tool is designed for use on heavy-duty single, two-plate, push/pull, manual, and self-adjust clutches. The shafts are constructed of lightweight fiberglass-reinforced nylon that won't hang up in clutch discs. Yet, they're rugged and will easily support the weight of heavy pressure plates. The 5029 clutch alignment shaft is 2 inch O.D. 1-1/4 inch pilot, 10 splines, and 7.3 inch long. It is similar to Ford 308-D011 (D93T-7550-B).
