Oasis Supply Edible White Paramount Crystals,For Melting Chocolate and Candy, 16 Ounce
- Add to chocolate, carob, chocolate coatings, yogurt, and more to help aid the melting process and make your fondue and candy coating thin, smooth, and creamy
- Ideal for use in fondue; chocolate, yogurt, and candy molds; baking; in a chocolate melter, boiler, and other types of melting pots
- White in color to easily blend in to dark, milk, white, and colored chocolates and yogurts
- Add small amounts of paramount crystals into your melting chocolate at a time and stir in between until reaching your desired consistency
- No more than 1/4 cup of coating is recommended per pound of melted chocolate, yogurt, carob, etc.
- May melt while shipping if ordering during high temperatures. Allow product to harden before use.
