Can be used as tops on Eiffel tower vases used with Ostrich feathers for the 12" - 16" and 20" TOWERS
This is the top used to make a Feather Arrangement in the Popular Eiffel Flower vases.
The foam inside these holders is 2 1/2". They are 7" long with a handle to insert into vase
