This book is the continuation of: Celebrating Ayyám-i-Há Around the World. The Fast is a special period of restraint observed in the last month of the Bahá’í year. It is preceded by the joyous days of Ayyám-i-Há and followed by the celebration of Naw-Rúz, the Bahá’í New Years. Through simple, melodic rhymes, this book intends to teach the meaning, purpose, and spiritual atmosphere the Fast and Naw-Rúz creates around the world.
