Product Description
Okuma Azores Saltwater Aluminum Construction Corrosion Resistant Spinning Reel- Z-600H-BLUE
- DUAL FORCE DRAG SYSTEM - Designed to provide a smooth and powerful drag, the drag mounts on the right side of the spool and uses a Pull Bar Drag System to reduce pressure on the frame and keep everything in perfect alignment. Features Cal’s Drag Grease
- ULTIMATE DRAG EFFICIENCY - Multi-disc Carbonite Drag Washers allow for a much wider, smoother drag range and maximum efficiency while out on the water.
- HYDRO BLOCK- features a rubber gasket mounted in the top of a spinning reel spool. This rubber seal blocks water and foreign materials from entering the drag system. The Hydro Block system ensures that your drag washers always perform at optimal levels.
- INCREASE YOUR HOOKUP RATIO – Quick Set Anti-Reverse bearing allows instant handle engagement and eliminates handle back play. Engages the reel in one direction for solid hook-sets.
- CORROSION-RESISTANT COATING – Features Okuma’s CRC: Corrosion-resistant coating process which penetrates and bonds to the metal, which helps significantly toward long term protection.
Azores Blue begin with proven power features including die-cast aluminum body, side plate and rotor, machine cut pinion gear and the Okuma Dual Force Drag system that utilizes a traditional top drag stack in concert with an oversized Carbonite drag washer beneath the spool to increase high-end drag output as well as spool stability under load. The Azores family of reels feature dual anti-reverse systems. The one-way clutch bearing is joined by a ratcheting anti-reverse that is molded into the bottom of the rotor separating the Azores from its competition. The Mechanical Stabilization System keeps all key components aligned. The 6mm stainless steel spool shaft is surrounded by an 8mm brass spool shaft sleeve that dramatically increases stability of the spool and drag system alignment when fished under the Azores maximum family drag output of up to 44lbs of pressure.
