  • Warm Tips: Before using the cooling cup you get, please fill the Biogel bottle with 80% water(about 65ml). The lightweight gel bottles already contain the raw materials for cooling and are NOT empty. There is an 80% water level mark on the bottle, so please be careful not to overflow. After filling with water, wait a few minutes to activate the gel. The black sealing gasket inside the cap needs to be in place or it will leak. Please refer to the picture to confirm if it is the bottle size you need. Our Biogel bottle is made of high quality, thick material, you can slightly shake it to take a reading, or place it in a well-lit area to view the water level.
  • Keep Insulin Cool & Safe: Our insulin cooler travel case comes with 2 bio-gel bottles that can be used as replacements. It is filled with biological slow-release cooling gel, providing 48 hours of cooling time. The insulin pen cooler keeps insulin at 2-10°C (36-50°F) even at ambient temperatures of 30°C (86°F), offering you convenience, freedom, and most importantly, peace of mind.
