Works great. Has many features. I wish it had a little more in the way of instructions on how to use it properly.
Not very satisfied with it at all. Had to bump or jar it right out of the box to get it to come on. Seems to be very cheap made. It also doesn't seem to sink up with my Nikon D7000. It shoots bright then dim and then bright again. Not consistant at all. I found that to get the best results out of it, I must shoot on Manual. Very disapointed, wished I had just sent it back. Lesson learned, Nikon sb900 is what I will purchase next time. If it is cheaper, it is cheaper in every way.
Does what it says, I had not seen a flash with zoom before, but that does work, and I find even the 24mm setting works, if you remember to remove the lens hood from your lens. The flash is a bit "fussy", the manual states it wants Lithium-Ion rechargeables, I've not seen a difference between rechargeable and alkaline batteries. It does - at least on my D90 - occasionally misfire, and you really have to watch the settings on its LCD to make sure the flash unit has made proper contact with the camera computer, or the TTL won't work. At $24.95, which is what I paid for it, it is a bargain - at $50, which I think is how much it is, today, it may be good value, with its TTL, bounce capabilities, and IR focus support.
