This series of filling machine is for the semi-automatic piston filling machine. Through the cylinder to drive a piston to draw and put out material, it is widely used by industries in the Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Animal Care and Chemical fields.

Features

Large Capacity: 90-1000ml. Material of this dual-use paste and liquid filler machine is mainly food-grade stainless steel. Piston is made of teflon materials.

The outlet nozzle can be easily removed and replaced to meet you need. The height of filling device is adjustable. 

Equipped with a delicate valve, which has an excellent non-return effect. Inner part is made of Teflon material. Premium conveying pipe is durable for a long service life.

With a great power and stable air pressure, the air cylinder can support the filling process well. Blue button controls the working speed of cylinder, orange one for filling speed.

Equipped with an advanced air pressure gauge, the machine works well and keeps a good operation with air compressor(not offered).
