High clarity rated polyester plastic laminating film used with heat activated adhesive for all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 10 mil pouches. Note: Industry standard description for 10 mil pouches is 10 mils on each flap for a total of 20 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns in metric terms). Package includes at least 1 silicone coated lamination carrier to protect your laminator's rollers from adhesive squeeze out. Note: Most machines do not require a carrier, but we include it anyway. Maximum card stock size recommended for this pouch is 3-1/4" x 5-1/4" (or less) to leave a standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge.

Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three like folders.
