• Our mild, unscented formula is perfect for young ones and those with sensitive skin! • High Quality Castile Soap • Great Economic Value • Countless recipes and uses
Our entire line of products carries a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
How diluted or concentrated is the liquid soap?
• Our products are intended to be used just as they're made. The only time you would want to dilute one of our liquid products is when creating recipes for household cleaning.
Can you use this for hand soap foam refills?
• We offer a different formula that is better suited for foam refills. Although diluting improves it as a foaming refill, we find it still doesn't work as well as our foaming formula
I had gotten used to Dr. Bronner's b/c I can easily buy it at Trader Joes. There are things I don't like about Dr. Bronner's, but was willing to accept because I wanted a product completely safe to my body & the earth: it was not always the sudsiest (you adjust to this, you just have to use a lot more than you'd use of normal dishwashing soap or shampoo), I didn't like the smell (of *any* of the scents, even the "unscented"/baby formula smelled a bit unpleasant to me), and it leaves a bit of a residue at times (though this isn't really the biggest deal to me honestly).
Well, finally sick of not loving the smell, I decided to search on Amazon for something with a natural earthy smell (I hate minty and tea tree oil and eucalyptus smells, also sicky-sweet smells like almond---I like woodsy smells, like cedar & sandalwood) and just took a chance and bought a gallon of this stuff. And now I'm a convert! I'm so, so, so, so happy with Oregon Soap Company, because all of...
I wasn't sure about ordering this because the description says castile soap and the label on the bottle says baby wash, but for the price I decided to try it. I have been using it for all the DIY projects that I normally use castile soap for, and it has been working nicely. :) The ingredients are not quite the same as the ones listed on the bottles of dr woods or dr bronners liquid castile - the main difference is the aloe juice instead of water I think. I like it though, and I actually think it's more moisturizing on my hands.
I purchased the 32 oz tea tree and lavender in Janurary, it is now April and I still have half a bottle left. It works better than any AP cleaner. The only thing I have ever used in the microwave or stove top that does not cause me to have to scrub. Great on grease and works great as hand soap in the foaming pump. My family has a few sensitivites, so we use Kirks Casitle bar soap and shampoo. I am going to try this soap for shampoo to reduce cost and see how it works out. I love the clean smell of this soap and love how far it goes. It really is better and costs less than traditional cleaners. I have used it on everything, concrete patio, floors, counters, dusting, sinks, toilets, tubs, everything in the house. As far as washing dishes, I tried and and i still prefer Dawn. However, it may be because I have used Dawn for so many years. I have not tried it on laundry yet. ** Used to clean pet stains out of carpet. I used a spray bottle, scrub brush and wet/dry vac. Worked better...
