It can be used to remove the steel ring (molar band) of the last tooth, to remover the bracket and also to remove the adhesive cement left over the tooth surface.Â
Make sure that the white cushion is placed vertically on the chewing surface of the tooth otherwise it will break. See the picture.
The length of the working tip (extruding rod) can be adjusted with the provided L key when removing the brackets or band or cement depending upon the position of the tooth or thickness of the adhesive.
