Otter Butter Furled Leader Floatant (2 Pack)

Need your furled leader or line to float? Otter Butter is the best product we have found to do just that. Just apply once and your furled line will float all day, if not several days. The texture is very waxy, not a paste, thus it keeps for longer than other line floatants we have used. Otter Butter is made right here in the USA. Instructions: Never apply Otter Butter to a damp or wet silk line, trapped moisture invites mold. Apply to clean fly line with chamois pad at least 30 minutes in advance of fishing - this gives the butter time to set up properly. Make sure the butter gets down into the weave and remove excess. An application should last the entire day. Tips: Keep the chamois clean by washing in with warm water and soap to remove built up dirt and butter residue. Dirty lines should be washed in warm soapy water using a mild detergent like WooliteTM.
