A: Panfrey True wireless stereo earbuds,easy pair,you can use the earbuds at the same time or use one of the earbuds for calling,it is safe when you are driving or do something that need you to keep ear sensitive,just paired the L&R earbuds individually,in the next time,take out one of the earbuds,the earbuds will auto-pair back to your phone.
Q: How to reset the wireless earbuds if they can not be paired?
A: Now so many wireless earbuds have this issue : the left and right earbuds can not pair; earbuds can not pair with phones. If happened these issues, please do reset to solve issue.
Please follow the steps :
1.Put both earbuds back to charging case and close the charging case cover.Delete the "PANFREY-W1-R""PANFREY-W1-L" from the device pairing record.Then take the earbuds out again
2.Press both earbuds for 9times to restore the factory setting.After hearing the prompt sound,the green light flashes continuously to enter the reparing state,until the paring is successfu.
3.Turn on the BT on your device and select"PANFREY-W1-R/PANFREY-W1-L" to connect.
