- Standard 1 Year Limited Warranty: We advise filling the boiler with exactly 54 fl. oz. If the tap water contains a lot of limescale, we suggest using 50% tap water and 50% distilled water. Tap water may include mineral deposits that may clog the steamer and reduce pressure. You can check the hardness of the water with the local water supplier.
- To reduce the formation of limescale we also recommend using the Polti Kalstop (PANA0001) anti-limescale product, distributed by Polti.
