- 1/2HP MOTOR 5-SPEED PULLEY SYSTEM: Driven by a reliable 3A induction motor, this mini lathe delivers five preset speeds (760, 1100, 1600, 2200, 3200 RPM). Speeds are adjusted manually by shifting the drive belt across the stepped pulleys, allowing users to match the turning speed to the material and task at hand.
- GENEROUS WORK CAPACITY: Provides a 10-inch swing over bed and 18 inches between centers, making it suitable for turning pens, bowls, small furniture parts, and other compact projects. Includes a 3-5/32 inch faceplate to securely mount blanks for a variety of woodturning applications.
- MT2 LIVE & SPUR CENTERS + KNOCKOUT ROD: Equipped with Morse Taper #2 live and spur centers, a widely used industry standard that ensures compatibility with a broad range of lathe accessories. Users can easily swap in their own MT2-compatible spurs if preferred. A knockout rod is included to quickly and safely remove the spur when needed.
- CAST IRON BUILD: The solid cast iron body reduces vibration and adds mass for better control and smoother turning. Built for durability and long-term accuracy, especially when working with dense or hardwood materials.
- ADJUSTABLE TOOL REST w/ 360° POSITIONING: Includes a 6-inch tool rest with a 5/8-inch post. Offers smooth 360-degree rotation and quick locking for tool access from multiple angles, giving users greater control on curved, straight, or intricate cuts.
- VIBRATION DAMPENING: Designed for benchtop setups, this lathe features rubber feet that absorb vibration and prevent table movement—ideal for quiet operation in smaller workspaces.
