I've heard a lot of good stuff about Paleo and some of my friends are actually following the diet. This book was recommended by one of them. Actually, this book was loaned to me a few weeks back, liked it so I decided to get it.

The good thing about this book is that Beran introduced herself, which makes her legit. She shared her story and shared the basic and major aspects of Paleo before presenting the recipes. The discussion was impressively detailed. She included before and after pictures of herself and you'd be impressed with the difference and improvement. And you know what makes a recipe book a good one? Images of the dishes. Most books I've bought or was loaned to me didn't have images of the dish, which was pretty disappointing. And the most impressive part, at least for me, is that Beran included Bibliography, one I barely see on the books I read.
Great collection of recipes. I am currently learning all I can about gluten-free baking + making first attempts (including paleo and vegan gluten-free baking) and I was happy to discover a whole range of awesome recipes in this book. Most recipes are paleo /they call for eggs/ and you will also find some vegan paleo recipes (no eggs). Good for variety of baking recipes- this is exactly what I wanted!
This book has changed my perception of what's possible with Paleo food in general. I've read other ebooks on Paleo diet recipes before, but Beran Parry was able to explain the benefits of this diet in a very simple way, and show how vital using coconut flour for the Paleo diet is for our bodies. We all have too much of environmental exposure that we have no control of, and controlling the quality of food is something that is in our hands. For me getting leaner is just a nice benefit of this diet, but I think a health benefit of using coconut flour in a Paleo diet is of a greater importance. Here are some benefits
