Patriotic / Fourth of July Tree Skirt, 47" Flag Print

This is a tree skirt to go beneath your pencil/tapered or tabletop tree handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 47" in diameter with the top of a 100% cotton fabric with a background covered with a flag print. There's a dark blue pleated cotton ruffle around the outer edge. The skirt has tabbing at one side opening and a matching tie at the top of the neck. It's lined with white satin fabric. The opening for the tree is 1 1/2" in diameter.
