The Pelican 0550 Transport Case is made of durable polypropylene, with double throw ABS latches, stainless steel pins, and automatic pressure equalization valves to balance the interior pressure while keeping the water out. The polymer o-ring provides a watertight seal. The double wide fold down handles make lifting easy. The locking metal lidstays keep the lid locked into an open position when needed.
This case has over 11 cubic feet of storage space with a honeycomb deck and lid constructed to support heavy equipment and stacking multiple units on a 463L pallet. You can fit six 0550 cases onto one 463L pallet and up to 18 cases when they are stacked!
