When Penny first joins Brad's Farm she is put on a machine and her breasts are pumped until her body is fooled into lactating; she soon learns that it is not just her milk that has a value: even her urine and excrement can be sold, as can the sexual use of any of her orifices. As she becomes more trusted she finds herself being sent to a restaurant, where the guests help themselves to anything she has.

This is a lactation story, with a strong element of scat; if you might be offended by graphic descriptions of the sexual use of anything that can be taken from a woman's body, this is not the book for you.

Standing in front of Penny, Lois started by washing the other girl's back; this meant they were standing very close together and occasionally, almost as if by accident, their breasts touched. Lois took care not to look at Penny at those times, worried about being rebuffed. Then she turned Penny round. Her arse was covered in thick shit; the spray from the shower was rinsing some away and Lois used loads of the cleansing gel to clean the rest off. She took more care than necessary washing her anus and she heard Penny react to her touch then with a soft moan; Penny apologized saying, "I'm really sorry about doing that. I just sometimes forget to go to the loo until it's too late."
Lois turned her round then and once more they were facing each other. Now she washed Penny's front. As she was soaping her tits she said, "You've got really good breasts. You should think about using them."
Penny thought that 'good' was an unusual choice of words, and she couldn't understand how she could 'use' her tits. She said so. Lois then stood back from her and cupped her own breasts. She squeezed them and pinched the nipples; straight away little jets of white liquid sprayed from the several mammary glands, some being washed away immediately by the shower, one or two splashing Penny. She for her part looked in some surprise at the milk flowing so freely from the girl's breasts and said, "I'm not ready to have kids. Anyway, I'd be a shit mother."
Lois knew that was true, but didn't say so. Instead she replied, "I don't have kids. This stuff is far too valuable to waste on children."
Penny frowned; she had sobered up quite a bit by now and she didn't understand what Lois could be getting at. "Who's it valuable to?"
Lois smiled, pleased at the other girl's interest. "Lots of people want it. I never ask why, I just work for a company that collects it and sells it."
