Peri Peri Molho Piri Piri Portuguese Spice Hot Sauce 200ml (Pack of 2)

Piri Piri is Portugal's gift to the hot sauce world. It is not too hot, but has a wonderful depth of flavour. Use it in marinades, especially for roast chicken and pork. It is great for chicken wings and as a condiment for egg dishes or anything you want to add a little heat to. A great sauce from the home of Piri-Piri. "Piri-piri" means "pepper-pepper" in Swahili and sometimes the chile is called "pili-pili." It is a generic term that can apply to any member of the Capsicum genus, but in Portugal it specifically refers to a small-fruited variety that resembles a piquin. Use this sauce on any dish, for example on Tortillas, Empanadas or Enchiladas.
